Dreaming of Leaving

Dearest Tumblr Friends,

I am not posting near as often as I usually do because I just started an internship at a cute little Bed & Breakfast in Mobile, AL.

They have supplied me free housing— but with no wifi. I don’t have any time anyways, so please don’t think I’ve stopped Tumblring. I love it always, as all of you.

Have a wonderful summer & I’ll be back when classes start again in August :) PROCRASTINATION!

Life

So I was thinking…”life is short” is a common phrase. But really, it isn’t. What lasts longer than a life? Sure stories, discoveries- things like that, but life really is long. People only say it’s short because they don’t actually *live* it. They spend their childhood dreaming of growing up. They spend their school days dreaming of graduating. They spend their adulthood making a living and dreaming of falling in love, creating a family, etc. and the cycle repeats itself. The reason life seems so short is because people are too scared to live it fully. People rarely fall in love with their dreams and passions and work to create spectacular, steal-your-breath experiences. People only live nowadays to make a living and keep the cycle going. That’s no fun & I refuse to view life that way. From this day forward, I will enjoy my life- however long or short it may seem or end up being, I will experience joyful and thrilling things, leave no regrets in my past, and attempt to spread happiness and true life everywhere I may go. From now I on, I promise to live.
